Come Work for Us

A Little About Us...

Reliable Constructors, Inc. is a drilled shaft foundation contractor. We install drilled shaft foundations for major electric companies and the Florida Department of Transportation.

Our crews arrive to the yard on Monday mornings for our weekly Safety Meeting before departing for their designated jobsite. Most crews work "One Week Jobs," which means they depart on Mondays for the jobsite and return to the yard on Friday afternoon each week. The maximum length of any job requiring a hotel stay is two weeks.

Generally, an average week will consist of 40 hours or more, depending on the workload. Reliable Constructors pays time and a half for hours worked more than 40 per week.

We require all employees to have a valid Drivers' License and have an acceptable driving record. At the our discretion, we may hire individuals with valid State IDs if they possess skills and knowledge needed by the company.

Before job applications can be considered for employment, a Motor Vehicle Records and Criminal Background check will be run.
